Third Party Recruiters

Thank you for your interest in Wilson & Company. At Wilson & Company we appreciate and respect the importance of building strategic relationships with agencies knowledgeable in our industry. Our process for building a preferred vendor list is still in development. At present, the unmanageable volume of recruiter solicitations received by each of our offices necessitates that we ask that all recruiters work through our internal recruitment team only. Please do not send candidate resumes to employees or hiring managers directly.

Currently, the use of third party recruiters is suspended. Under normal conditions, our corporate policy continues to require all third party recruiters to work exclusively through in house recruitment staff. Once we have selected approved recruitment agencies we will set up an account for them in our Applicant Tracking System so they are able to submit resumes only to the openings we have contracted to them. Contracts and agreements signed by employees outside of the recruitment staff will not be considered valid.

We only accept resumes submitted through our website; resume submittals to other employees cannot be considered. If you wish to submit your credentials to our recruitment staff for consideration, please email recruitment@wilsonco.com with the subject line Recruiter Opportunities.
